Mangochi Fresh - Lake to Market is a fish trading business. I buy fresh Chambo, Usipa and Matemba early morning from fishermen at Msaka and Cape Maclear. I preserve it with cooler boxes, ice and a deep freezer, then clean, grade and pack it in 500g and 1kg packs. I deliver twice a week to Zomba and Blantyre via motorbike and bus. Customers order on WhatsApp.
