Malawi Digital Commerce Hub

Malawi Digital Commerce Hub will help Malawians buy products and access online services from international websites that are difficult to pay for using local payment methods. Many people want to shop from platforms such as SHEIN, buy gaming credits, subscriptions, software, and other digital products, but they may not have access to a card or payment method that works internationally.
My business will make this process easier. Customers will simply tell us what they want to buy, and we will give them a clear price before they pay. Once payment is confirmed, we will handle the international payment and ordering process for them for a small service fee. This will save customers time and give them a more convenient and transparent way to make international purchases.
The business will start by using WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms to receive orders and communicate with customers. As the business grows, I plan to create a website or mobile platform where customers can place orders, receive quotations, make payments and track their orders.
My goal is to build a trusted Malawian service that connects people to the global online market while creating jobs and opportunities for young people in Malawi.
